Customer Reference Disclosure Policy

By purchasing products from TN Nursery, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, or any affiliated company, the customer grants TN Nursery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual right to identify the customer by name, business name, city, and state as a customer of TN Nursery for marketing, promotional, advertising, public relations, testimonial, and customer reference purposes.

TN Nursery may reference customer purchases, project participation, or customer relationships on its websites, social media platforms, marketing materials, press releases, advertisements, and other promotional content, provided such references are truthful and do not disclose confidential, proprietary, financial, or personally sensitive information.

Customers who do not wish to have their name or business identified for promotional purposes must notify TN Nursery in writing prior to purchase or within thirty (30) days of purchase. Upon receipt of such notice, TN Nursery will make reasonable efforts to remove future promotional references.

Nothing in this authorization grants TN Nursery the right to falsely represent endorsements, fabricate testimonials, or disclose protected personal information. TN Nursery reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymized, or publicly available customer information consistent with applicable law and its Privacy Policy.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
